These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website www.grossiste-vetement-femme.com and DLB DISTRIBUTION LTD reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions of sale. The orders

The availability of articles

Return and Claim

The exchange of any product declared, a posteriori, damaged during transport, without any reservation has been issued at the reception "or within 3 days" of the package, can not be supported. We take care of the case of transport reported within a period of 3 days.

As in any shipment, it is possible to be late or the product goes astray. In such a case, we contract the carrier to start an investigation.

For any anomalies concerning (Broken Products, Missing Products or Damaged Products) an email must be sent within 3 working days after receipt of the parcel to indicate this incident, after this period no complaint can be taken into account

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal only applies to natural persons.
